Painter. I design products people use, build them with AI and real code, and paint when the screen gets too loud. I lead design at Getsafe and previously worked at Revolut and Commerzbank. A decade in regulated products taught me that trust is not a layer you add at the end. It is earned in every quote, payment, error and claim. In 2025 I started building more of my own ideas with AI. It brought design, implementation and testing closer together. The apps on this site grew out of that shift. At Getsafe, that means the customer journey from the first quote to a paid claim. Banking, insurance and health are familiar ground. - **Brand systems.** I build identities that work across the product, website and campaigns, with clear rules the team can use and maintain. That includes type, colour, motion and voice, brought together in one system. - **Building with AI.** I use AI to turn ideas into working apps and websites, then test and refine them. My own projects use Swift for iOS and Astro for the web. Building early helps me see what works and what needs to change. - **Design leadership.** I’ve built and led design teams across product and brand, with responsibility for hiring, career development and the quality of the work. I help teams make clear decisions and organise the work so they can follow through on them. - **Advisory.** I work with founders on focused questions: what to build, how to improve a product flow or how to shape the first version of a brand. We start with a short call about the problem, then agree what I look at and what you get back. **Do you advise, or also design and build?** Both, depending on the question. I can review and give direction, design the flows and screens myself, or build a working prototype with AI and real code so we can test the idea early. **Who do you work best with?** Founders and small product teams building something that has to earn trust: finance, health, legal or learning. Early or scaling, as long as someone on your side owns the decision. **How is it priced?** Per project, based on scope and time, agreed before we start.
