## Context

Rechtspilot drafts letters for common legal situations with AI. The experience needed to explain the process clearly at a moment when people might already feel uncertain.

## What I did

I helped the founders rethink the funnel: how people describe their request, what they see while the letter is being prepared, when they pay and how they receive the finished document.

## Outcome

I delivered prioritised concepts and screens for the team to implement, from the first request to the finished letter. Each step explains what happens next. Rechtspilot is part of the Volders Group, which has more than eight million users.
