# Revolut People

> Taking an internal HR tool to market.

- **Client:** Revolut People
- **Role:** Senior Product Designer
- **Timeframe:** 2023 – 2024
- **Impact:** Live in UK + EEA
- **Team:** Georgian Andrei Oprisor, [Ilia Tiulin](https://www.linkedin.com/in/iliatiulin/)
- **Live:** https://revolutpeople.com

## Outcomes

- **UK + EEA** launch markets
- **live** product today

## Context

Revolut People started as Revolut’s internal system for performance and organisation management. The team was preparing it for external customers in the UK and EEA.

## What I did

I refined the core flows and adapted Revolut’s design language to the needs of an HR product. I also worked on the shared patterns that would keep the experience consistent as the product grew.

## Key decisions

An internal tool comes with assumptions about how people work. We had to make those assumptions visible, simplify the hierarchy and make common tasks easier for teams outside Revolut.

## Outcome

The product launched in the UK and EEA and remains live today.
